Staff Meals

We provide staff meals for our employees who work both full time and part time. Staff meals are served in our staff canteen and food is varied each day. This can be breakfast, lunch or dinner depending on the shift pattern.


Staff Live In

Fairview Hotels sometimes are able to offer live in accommodation depending on the type of role. The offer of accommodation is discretionary and can be discussed prior to an interview.


Staff Rates for Friends and Family

Fairview Hotels offer fantastic staff rates for friends and family to stay in any of our hotels, this is subject to availability, we also offer excellent discount on our food if you dine in any of our restaurants. This is an opportunity for our employees to take a well-deserved break.



Uniforms are provided to each employee that joins our company, along with guidelines on how we want you to present yourself to ensure the right impression is created from day one.



We offer 28 days of paid holiday for our full time employees including bank holidays, for part time employees this is calculated on pro rata basis.


Training & Development

We actively encourage our people to develop and this is open to all our employees, we work very closely with NVQ assessors in order to gain professional NVQ qualifications and offer a range of on the job training, if you are interested in developing your skills and knowledge please contact your Line Manager in the first instance.
